  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour sifted (may need more or less)

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • subheading: CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:
  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons milk may need more or less
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt optional
