vegatable beef soup

I made the best vegetable beef soup in my instant pot using part of my family's traditional recipe. Im new to the instant pot, so bare with me and my terminology writing this recipe.

Vegetable beef soup

1 pound beef (stew cut)

1 onion (rough chopped)

3 cloves fresh garlic (finely chopped)

1 bag of baby carrots cut into thirds

½ head of cauliflower (chopped)

2 cups fresh green beans (stems removed and cut in half)

1 can whole kernel corn (drained)

1 can of peas

2 cans diced tomatoes with juice

1 can tomato sauce

4 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 cup water

½ cup ketchup or more to taste

4 TBSP Worcestershire sauce

Salt

Pepper

2 TBSP butter

2 TBSP olive oil
