Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries
Ingredients
  • 8 pitted dates
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 cups fresh Brussels sprouts, sliced in half
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp miso paste
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth or water
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup nuts such as almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts etc. (optional)
  • Pepper, to taste
