  • 30 ounces canned tomato sauce, that's 2 15-ounce cans of sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
