Pearl's Ppp Porridge (E)
Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp quick-cook steel cut oats
  • 4 Tbsp old fashioned rolled oats (if you do not have the quick cook steel cut oats use a full ½ cup of old fashioned rolled oats)
  • 1.25 tsp THM Psyllium Husk Flakes (start out with 1-¼ tsp and work your way up to 1 -½ tsp)
  • 1 tsp flax seeds (ground; or flaxseed meal)
  • 2 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (plus more sweetener of choice if you like things sweeter)
  • 2 pinches mineral salt
  • 2 cups water
  • ⅓ cup frozen wild blueberries (⅓ to ½ cup)
