  • 4 Carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 8oz Small Crimini Mushrooms
  • 4 Potatoes, cut in 1 ½ inch chunks
  • 3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
