  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon pure almond extract - optional but delicious

  • 1 medium avocado - very ripe
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder - sifted if lumpy
  • Tiny pinch kosher salt
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
