Ingredients
  • I've been making these for 50 years. Learned the recipe in 8th grade Home Economics class.
  • 3 ½ cups bisquick, 1 lb. sausage, 10oz sharp cheddar. Mix uncooked sausage with bisquick, melt cheese and add to sausage mixture, form 1" balls, bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Always moist and delicious! I get raves every time I make them and they were always expected at office gatherings. I might try shredding the cheese instead of melting next time I make them. Just not sure I want to mess with the perfection they already are :-)
