Ingredients
  • 2 eggs.
  • Sugar 120 gr / 4 oz.
  • Vanilla sugar 15 g / 0.5 oz.
  • Milk 500 ml / 17 oz.
  • Cornstarch 60 g / 2 oz.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let cool to room temperature.
  • 100 ml water and 100 ml milk.
  • 80g butter.
  • Heat over low heat until butter melts.
  • When the mixture starts to boil, add 120g of flour.
  • Bake for 2 minutes and let the dough cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  • 4 eggs.
  • Add the eggs one at a time.
  • Slowly add the last egg as I show you in the video. You probably don't need to add everything.
  • When the dough slowly comes away from the spoon, it is ready.
  • Paint with the remaining egg.
  • Laminated Almonds 30 gr / 1 oz.
  • Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C, then let the dough rest for another 10 minutes with the oven turned off and the door open 2 cm.
  • Mascarpone cream cheese 250 gr / 8.8 oz.
  • Powdered sugar for decorating.
