  • 1 small yellow Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbs. Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 Tbs. Walnuts, crushed
  • 1 Tbs. Nutritional Yeast (if desired)
