You Could Replace Brussel Sprouts With Florets Of Broccoli Or Small Pieces Of Sweet Potato Or Thick Slices Of Carrot If You Like. Steamed Sweetcorn And Sticks Of Carrot Would Be A Good Accompaniment.

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water (optional)
