Weight Watchers Pumpkin Soup(modified by PKF)
Ingredients
  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ teaspoon each: ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (feel free to reduce or leave out if you would like to reduce the spice)
  • 1 (15 oz) can pure pumpkin
  • 1 (15.8oz)can great northern beans, drained
  • 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cumin
