Ingredients
  • 200g (2 cups and 1 tablespoon) rolled oats
  • 50g (⅓ cup) chia seeds
  • 400ml (2 cups and 1 tablespoon) almond milk or milk of your choice, plus extra as needed
  • 200ml water
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup, plus extra to serve
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Sea salt
  • Flaked coconut, to serve
  • Mixed berries, such as blackberries, raspberries and strawberries, to serve
