  • ½ cup oil of choice I used olive oil
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar use monkfruit for sugar-free option
  • ¼ cup brown sugar packed, use monkfruit for sugar-free option
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce or sweetened applesauce can be used
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour for healthy option, substitute flour with ¾ cup whole wheat flour & 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon add 1 extra teaspoon for more cinnamon flavor!
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
