English muffin with sausage, egg, and cheese and whatever else you like
Ingredients
  • One package of English muffins
  • One package of sliced cheddar cheese
  • One dozen eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Precooked ground turkey sausage
  • ½ cup milk or water
  • Snack bags, large freezer bags
  • Any veggies you would like to use.. etc spinach, bacon, Bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, shredded cheese...
Steps
  1. 1. Cut English muffin in half, toast all muffins and set aside. And a small Pyrex bowl, lightly oil bottom and size to keep egg from sticking. And another small bowl mix egg, with one tablespoon of water or milk. Mix well, pour into your prepared bowl. Now add what ingredients you want with the eggs, salt and pepper, hot sauce, etc. Place bowl with egg in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. When done remove and place on a toasted muffin, add sliced cheese and place on top of muffin.
  2. 2. You can put these ready-made muffins you just made into a small snack bag and then place all the bags in a freezer bag. Place in freezer, use when ready. Do not thaw out. To heat them up- take muffin out of bag, and place in center of a damp paper towel. Fold all corners over muffin and place in microwave corners down, for 1 minute 30 seconds. You will have to adjust time according to what your microwave settings are. The damn paper towel will help keep the muffin moist and not dry, and you will have something to whip your hands with. This will be hot, so be careful...
