Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
  • subheading: This is for 18 pieces:
  • 300g / 10.5 oz wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 200g / 7 oz brown sugar (The sticky sugar)
  • 250g / 8.8 oz butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g / 1.7 oz nuts of your choice (I used hazelnuts cut in half)
  • 300 g / 10.5 oz chocolate chips
  • subheading: How i mixed it:
  • I put all the dry stuff + butter in the mixer and mixed it for a few min. When done i added the 2 eggs.
  • After another few min of mixing, i added the nuts and chocolate chips.
  • After everything is mixed, i took a spoon and took half of the dough. I split this dough up in 9 equal small balls that i put on the tray.
  • The oven is heated up to 180c / 356f and baked for 12 min.
  • After that just let them cool and they are good to eat :)
