Ingredients
  • 1 Seedless Orange with skin, sliced in quarters
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • pinch salt
Steps
  1. Add all ingrediants to blender until smooth,
  2. Pour into large muffin tins
  3. Bake at 180 C for 40 minutes
Notes
  • To get rid of bitterness, remove the white pith from the peel prior to blending.
  • To take it over the top, frost with orange buttercream
