  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 lb. green beans, trimmed, cut into 1" pieces
  • Kosher salt
  • 5 oil-packed anchovy fillets, chopped

  • 8 oz. bocconcini (small fresh mozzarella balls) or fresh mozzarella, torn into large pieces
