Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)

Ingredients
  • 4 cups (320 g) Raw Pepitas from We Got Nuts
  • 4 tsp extra light olive oil
  • 2 tsp pink himalayan salt (decreased from 3)
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  3. Put the pepitas into a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix in the olive oil , mix well.
  5. Add in salt, mix well.
  6. Spread onto to parchment lined cooking sheet. Bake for 11 minutes, then stir them up. Bake for another 11 minutes.
  7. Take out of oven and let cool before storing in a jar/covered bowl on countertop.
  8. Should stay fresh for 1 to 2 weeks.
