Ingredients
- 4 cups (320 g) Raw Pepitas from We Got Nuts
- 4 tsp extra light olive oil
- 2 tsp pink himalayan salt (decreased from 3)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Put the pepitas into a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the olive oil , mix well.
- Add in salt, mix well.
- Spread onto to parchment lined cooking sheet. Bake for 11 minutes, then stir them up. Bake for another 11 minutes.
- Take out of oven and let cool before storing in a jar/covered bowl on countertop.
- Should stay fresh for 1 to 2 weeks.
