  • 40 grams (⅓ cup) pumpkin seeds
  • 40 grams (¼ cup) flaxseeds
  • 30 grams (⅓ cup) unflavored protein powder (or more oats, see notes*)
  • 3⁄4 tsp sea salt
  • 1⁄3 tsp baking powder
  • 200 to 230 ml (4/5 to 1 cup) unsweetened plant milk (see notes*)
  • Optional Seasonings
  • smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, curry
