Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 ½ cups canned pumpkin
  • 4 large eggs
  • ⅔ cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  2. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 2 (9-inch) loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and next 6 ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin and all remaining ingredients. Stir pumpkin mixture into flour mixture until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans, and let cool completely on a wire rack.
