Dairy-Free Salmon Chowder- Yum!
Ingredients
  • 1 T bacon fat or 2 slices bacon, chopped
  • ¾ lb wild caught salmon raw or 1 can salmon
  • ½ head cauliflower
  • Onion
  • 1 celery root or potato
  • 2 large carrots
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 c chicken beef, or fish stock
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne or red pepper flakes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
