  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tablespoons white miso or mellow miso
  • 1 ½ tablespoons tamari or soy sauce (preferably low sodium)
  • ½ inch ginger grated
  • 1 large clove garlic
