Ingredients
  • 2 oz. lemon juice & zest
  • 2 oz. tahini
  • 2 oz. extra virgin olive oil
  • ½tsp. cumin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can rinsed garbanzo beans
  • ⅓tsp. salt
  • water
Steps
  1. Blend lemon juice, zest & tahini
  2. Add in olive oil slowly
  3. Add cumin & garlic
  4. Continue blending , add in the garbanzos.
  5. Add water until desired texture is achieved.
