The BEST Chantilly Frosting
The famous Whole Food's Chantilly Cake is famous for a reason....its
delicious frosting!
Ingredients
  • 8oz Mascarpone Cheese (room temp)
  • 8oz Cream Cheese (room temp)
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla
  •  
  • Directions
  • 1. Beat together your mascarpone cheese, cream cheese and powdered
  • sugar until creamy.
  •  
  • 2. In a separate bowl, whisk your heavy cream and vanilla together until it's
  • almost as stiff as shaving cream. (About 2 to 3 minutes on a high setting if
  • you're using a stand or hand mixer. Much longer if by hand)
  •  
  • 3. Fold your whipped cream into your cheese mixture until smooth.
