  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 celery ribs, finely diced

  • 3  ½ cups water
  • 2   ½ cups low-sodium vegetable broth *
  • ½ cup to 2 cups unsweetened plain plant milk
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 3 to 4 - [ 15.5 oz. cans ] white beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 Tablespoons dried minced onions
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon dried crushed thyme leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon of crushed dried rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (+/- to taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon freeze dried shallots (optional)
  • 1  to  3 teaspoons sea salt (+/- to taste) *
