  • Firm Tofu (calcium set)
  • Edamame
  • 2 medium  Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • 1 tsp  Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp  Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • subheading: For the Dressing:
  • 5 tbsp  Tamari
  • ½ tsp  Garlic Replacer
  • 1 tbsp  Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbsp  Rice Wine Vinegar
  • ½ tsp  Minced Ginger
  • Chilli (optional - to taste)
