  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp. grated ginger about 1 inch
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
