Burgundy Beef
Ingredients
  • 2 lb cut sirloin tip or sirloin steak
  • 2 Tb oil
  • 2 c golden mushroom soup or 1 can beef drippings
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 4 oz can mushrooms
  • ½ c Burgundy
Steps
  1. Brown meat in oil. Mix with all other ingredients. Bake in casserole dish for 375° for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
