Ingredients
- 2 lb cut sirloin tip or sirloin steak
- 2 Tb oil
- 2 c golden mushroom soup or 1 can beef drippings
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 4 oz can mushrooms
- ½ c Burgundy
Steps
- Brown meat in oil. Mix with all other ingredients. Bake in casserole dish for 375° for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
