  • 1 to 2 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • subheading: For the fish:
  • 1 and ½ pounds red snapper fillet or other firm white fish
  • squeeze of lime juice
  • sprinkling of salt black pepper and cumin
  • For garnish: lime juice and cilantro
