  • 5 ¾ cups whole wheat pastry flour ( 23.9 oz.) *
  • 1 package active dry yeast ( 2 ¼ teaspoons) *
  • 3 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt (+/-) *
