Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup butter or margarine, softened (175 mL)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (175 mL)
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar (175 mL)
  • 2 eggs (2)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 mL)
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour (300 mL)
  • 1 tsp baking soda (5 mL)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon (2 mL)
  • ½ tsp salt (2 mL)
  • 3 cups dry quick-cooking or regular rolled oats (750 mL)
  • 1 ¾ cups CHIPITS Butterscotch Chips (425 mL)
