Jam & Chocolate Cotswold Crunch Sourdough Loaf
Ingredients
  • 50g starter
  • 400g oat milk, cold or at room temperature - alternatively use semi-skimmed milk, full-fat or whole milk
  • 100g runny honey
  • 500g Cotswold Crunch Flour (see Top Tip for alternatives)
  • 250 to 300g chopped chocolate (I put a load into a food processor and chopped it up, which created some really small pieces and some finely chopped - works really well if you chop up chocolate with nuts in it too)
  • 7g salt, or to taste
