  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • subheading: Shortcrust dough:
  • 500 g all-purpose flour (about 2 ½ cup)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 100 ml canola oil
  • 200 to 250 ml water
