Van Otis soft chocolate truffles

Here are our favorite family recipes, many created by us or our friends and family!

Learned this at their truffle-making class. So easy and amazingly good!

Servings: 12 pieces

¾ c cream

8 oz chocolate, melted

Mix the cream and chocolate together. Shape into balls and, if desired, roll in coating such as crushed Oreos, sprinkles, coconut, toffee etc. or dip into candy chocolate and let harden.
