Ingredients
- 3 to 5 lb. Beef 7 bone pot roast-(a very inexpensive cut of meat)
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1 cup of onion (I used sweet, my favorite)
- 1 ½ cups Cabernet Sauvignon wine (I use cheap wine here, as it's just to flavor, seriously 2.00 per bottle)
- 1 regular size packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix (shown in picture is the larger size)
