Brownie Recipes from "Joy of Cooking"
Ingredients

  • ½ cup packed (115g) brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • ¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup (25g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • subheading: Scrape into the prepared pan. If desired, sprinkle over the top:
  • ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
