- 1lb plain flour
- 4oz caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 oz stork margarine
- 1. Mix altogether in a bowl.
- 2. The more you knead it the better the texture.
- 3. Rest pastry before rolling out.
- 4. Bake as required
