Ingredients
  • Angela Gallagher sprinkle some bicarbonate of soda on sliced chicken, add some seasoning (I used garlic, onion, celery powders, salt, pepper), a very little bit of tapioca starch (½ teaspoon per person is enough) and a splash of cooking wine (or water, stock, whiskey, coconut aminos, Tamari, whatever). Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes.
