Ingredients
- 15g Pea protein isolate
- 35g Whole-wheat rye flour
- 150g Water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ baking powder
Steps
- subheading: Dough:
- Mix dry ingredients, add water and combine until you get a pourable dough.
- Pour onto a pre-heated pan and spread the dough into a thin layer.
- Once the dough starts unsticking, turn it around and continue cooking on medium heat for a few more minutes. It took me about 5 minutes per pancake.
Notes
- Use any flour you like, but keep in mind that each flour behaves differently when combined with a liquid. Even the same kind of flour but from a different mill.
