Protein rye pancake

Ingredients
  • 15g Pea protein isolate
  • 35g Whole-wheat rye flour
  • 150g Water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ baking powder
Steps
  1. subheading: Dough:
  2. Mix dry ingredients, add water and combine until you get a pourable dough.
  3. Pour onto a pre-heated pan and spread the dough into a thin layer.
  4. Once the dough starts unsticking, turn it around and continue cooking on medium heat for a few more minutes. It took me about 5 minutes per pancake.
