Roasted Brussels Sprouts (Vegan & Oil-Free)
Ingredients
  • 12-ounce bag of brussels sprouts
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. low-sodium  vegetable broth
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp  maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce (use tamari to make it glu ten free)
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
