Ingredients
- 198g tin tuna
- ½ Cup thick mayonnaise
- small onion - grated
- ½Tsp curry
- 1 loaf of bread crusts removed
- Soft butter
- Paprika
Steps
- Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion & curry, mix well
- Butter both sides of bread,
- Spread tuna mix on one side and roll up diagonally
- Secure with toothpick
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Place on baking paper covered tray and bake in Mod oven 15 min
- Remove toothpicks garnish with lemon wedges & parsley to serve
