Leftover Almond Pulp Brownie Balls (Easy & Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
  • ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (or use additional oats)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ cup almond pulp, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Almond milk or water as needed (I used 1 tablespoon)
