Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed lettuce
  • ½ Lebanese cucumber, sliced into strips

  • 1 sprig fresh Vietnamese mint or Thai basil/basil
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • Cashew sour cream (optional)
  • Sriracha sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper
