Roasted Shredded Brussels Sprouts

  • 4 tsp onion powder
  • 4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt (less if using fine sea salt or table salt)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice from ~1 small lemon
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan (more to taste)
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
