Healthy Banana Bread
Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 150 g dates
  • 50 ml sunflower oil or melted coconut oil
  • 100 ml milk I used oat milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 225 g plain flour ideally wholemeal or spelt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp mixed spice or cinnamon
  • 100 g raisins optional
