So easy to make with just 2 main ingredients, this scrumptious Rabdi recipe is a perfect sweet for Holi or any other festival. Full fat milk is reduced down considerably and the cream on top is gathered to form lachas which are later mixed with thick sweetened milk resulting in a mouth-watering milk dessert. This delicious Lachedar Rabri can be savoured on its own or with some Malpuas as a delightful treat.
Ingredients
  • • 6 cups or 1½ litre - Full Fat Whole Milk
  • • 6 TBSP - Sugar (or to taste)
  • • ¼ tsp - Green Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
  • • Some - Almonds (Badam) - slivered (optional)
  • • Some - Pistachios (Pista) - slivered (optional)
  •  
  • 1 cup = 250ml, 1 TBSP = 15ml, 1 tsp = 5ml
