IP Omelette in a Bag by Ashley Taylor

I didn't see any blogs for it, so I gave it a try myself: Omelette in a bag IP style!

Put two eggs in a freezer bag Ziploc, seal it, and squish them up. Open and add cooked meats (ham, bacon, etc.), diced veggies, and cheese. Seal getting some of the air out of the bag. Place on trivet in IP with one cup of water in the bottom. Seal and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes with a quick release. Viola! It's easy for the kiddos to help out with and will make a great quick breakfast for guests. I just made one, so I'm not sure if you'll need to adjust the time for more. I'm definitely going to play around with it, but thought I would share!
