Ingredients
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 oz ⅓ less fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ⅓ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, (I use Fage 0%)
  • ⅓ cup light mayonnaise, I use Hellmann's light
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, use your favorite type
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika, plus a bit more for garnish
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives, separated
