  • scant ¼ cup greek yoghurt 50g, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup lukewarm water 80ml
  • ¼ cup diced prunes 40g

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 6 to 7 tablespoon water
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum
